A Dream

I close my eyes and dream many dreams.
I imagine what it would be like
Running bath water to take care of you and only you
To caress your face ever so lightly
To run my fingers over your scalp
Watching the stress of the day rinse away…
What would u do if I showed up at your.
Would u let me take care of u?
That is all I want.
I will bring u a sweet smelling rose.
I will care for u without saying a word.
When it is all said and done
I tuck you in nice and snug
I will stay and watch over u
But only if u want me too.
Otherwise I will slip out into the night
Unnoticed…
Only a tear to remind u I was there.
